How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 10-15 business days.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure footwear is tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as damaged items cannot be accepted.
How do éS skate shoes fit compared to other brands?
Most éS models run true to size. However, some of our more padded heritage models may feel snug initially. We recommend checking our size guide for specific measurements if you are between sizes.
